a deposit was made in my name by someone, there are four adults and three teenagers and two children above the age nine. A deposit was made into our account for 350.00. Noone has admitted to the transaction and every other week our account is deducted 105.00. this has gone since 01/14/2011 which comes to a total of so far $865.00 has been withdrawn from our account.
In order to get this matter cleared please do not withdraw any monies from our account and if for some reason you receive a payment after 04/22/2011, please reverse the funds back into our account. We now have an attorney who will be handling this matter and whatever paperwork there is we/you have submit those to her. If there are any question you that you need answered they should be referred to: atty. Shannon Wolff her phone number is 901/3272100. We would appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Have you or anyone in your household applied for a payday loan, especially recently? That's what this sounds like, with money appearing in the account and withdrawals being made. Please check with your bank and get the name of the company who is making the withdrawals and post that information here (also what State you live in). it's possible that people on this forum have dealt with the same company and can give you some advice.
