I have a few questions about tribal payday loans. I have already revoked the ACH agreements, but Lendumo states that they have transferred my account to a collections agency and Sky Trail Cash had this to send back to me: The primary point of your concern seems to be that your Ningodwaaswi, LLC d/b/a Sky Trail Cash loan terms were inconsistent with the laws of your home state; however, South Carolina law does not apply to your Sky Trail Cash loan in any manner. As clearly indicated on our website and expressly and clearly provided in the loan documents executed by you, Ningodwaaswi, LLC d/b/a Sky Trail Cash (the “Company”) is a wholly owned and operated entity of the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin (the “Tribe”) located on the Lac du Flambeau Reservation in Wisconsin (the “Reservation”) and your loan agreement provides for the application of Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal law. Your loan agreement is consistent with applicable law, and Sky Trail Cash’s servicing of your loan, based on our review of your account files, has also been entirely consistent with applicable law. They are refusing any type of refunds or anything else to help with the excessive interest rates that they charge. Please help and let me know what else I can do to possibly get a refund back. Between these two companies the extra interest that has been charged is over $8000.

Christ! You have paid $8000 and that too on a payday loan!
This a scam. Tribal lenders are illegal in the U.S. The loan agreement is not legal.
Ask them to give you a refund or you'll file a lawsuit. You are only supposed to pay the principal amount. That's it.
