Please try to find another option to fulfill your money needs. While this company is relatively new and may not have a lot of negative feedback yet they are still an illegal payday lender. They are not following the laws of the state you live in. Please be wary of these types of companies.

This company has purchased the interests of ThinkCash, which had purchased the interests of First Bank of Delaware. While they are a "legitimate" lender (personal installment loan versus a payday loan) the rate they charge is just as bad as a payday loan, and they are horrible to work with. Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.

btw jamie j.don't bring up cases like the CA DEPT OF CORP suit against MTE.that is different as it proves only that since the loans are on"tribal ground"(which is bullsh*t,but is difficult to prove)the states can do nothing.that doesn't make them legal.so bring up a case where a consumer was sued in court by them the lender won.you can't do it.
