They claim they are exept but since they are on tribal land they also can not sue you. They are crooks.

You can continue the letters, but they can keep calling you...As far as them being crooks, not really, they are simply providing a service...If you dont like the terms and conditions, just walk away BEFORE you agree to the loan...

They are crooks because they continue to rollover the loan and when you attempt to contact them to pay off the balance they can not be reached.

The emails they have are bogus and the phone numbers called ring forever or put you on hold forever leaving you no way to contact them.

They would continue to take out the fee forever and having to close your bank account is the only was to stop them.

I think that lands in the crook category.

My personnal opinion is Good Companies would not evade their customers in such manners stated above. They would provide service and answers when needed. A GOOD SERVICE provides GOOD means of communication an CUSTOMER SATISFACTION period!
