Plain green Loan

How much did you borrow? What have you paid so far including interest?

They are an illegal lender. I had a loan wirh them too

I actually didn't have too much of a problem with Plain Green.
I originally borrowed $1000 and had paid back $1577 before I found this site. I sent them the illegal lender letter, advised that I was obligated to pay the principal only and asked for a refund of the excess They sent an email back with the usual tribal jargon but agreed to PIF. They said my refund request had been forwarded to management. Took less than a week to get the PIF response.

were you ever able to get any where with them? They want $7000.00. I owe about $250.00.

You will not be arrested - Debt is civil not criminal - Tell your sister to hang up on them or better block their number.. I would recommend getting a address for them and send them a Cease and Desist letter and send it to them CMRRR and file a complaint against them with the FTC they are in violation of collections laws for even discussing with your sister at all.

This is a colletion company with the name capital. I just want to be able to pay if off but with that I owe. they keep saying they do not have to give me info. They keep calling my sister telling he I will be arrested. Anyone work with them??

Plain Green is an illegal lender. You owe only principal. Don’t worry, they are scammers and just trying to scare you. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
