All of your questions should be answered in that thread. I would also look over the contracts to make sure these are all payday loans and not personal or installment loans because the payday loan laws do not apply to other types of loans.

i agree, since loans are not legal in your state, i would resend the letters and than wait it out for them to respond. you can pay this back on your terms,and i would demand a physical address for you to send money orders to.

I don't think they'll ever respond. If they replied, they would more or less be
admitting that they are involved in an illegal business and putting it in writing.

I got a response from pdl, they say they represent rbt and hich country, They said I can make payments via money order. Anyone ever make payments this way? is there a way to track them?

Do you have a physical address to send payments to? Did they tell you where to send payments?

yeah they gave me an address, i'm just nervous that they could get the payments and tell me they never recieved them

Money orders can be traced so no worry with paying that way.
Also try a prepaid debit card
