In the past months I have taken out 3 payday loans from some online companies. Integrity Advance, Greenwood Holding Group, LLC, and One Step Cash.
After reading the good advice this forum, I have filed fraud on Hydra Financial Limited II, closed my accounts and sent out ACH deauthorization letters. Should I call these companies with the same request. They ask for social numbers for confirmation. I am leary of handing that out. Though they have it already.

but under NO circumstances should you give them your social security number! New anti-identity theft laws prohibit companies asking for your ssn unless it's for employment purposes.

You have your account numbers. That should be enough. It was enough for them to do ACH withdrawals, it'll be enough for them to identity who you are.

You need to read the payday advance laws for your state first and foremost. Follow the valuable advice by the experts in this forum in their many threads that they have made stuck to the top. They explain the procedure in easy-to-read detail.

E-mail should be sufficient to challenge them since they're internet pdls. If you can't reach them (like One Step) then wait until they contact you. Believe me, they will when they can't withdraw any money anymore.

Good luck!
