I am leaving the civilized world for a bit, I'm trying to put my affairs in order first. I live in south Carolina, as far as I can make out this company is not a legally licensed payday loan company. If tried several tatic's, even went so far as to offer to pay back entire loan through family member. They said since it wasn't my due dat they couldn't take payment. Is there any legal such as wage garnishment or arresting they can do should i cancel my bank account?
