Western Sky/Cash Call Update/Frustration/Any advice?

I was trying to work with a comsumer affairs lawyer here who basically told me that there is nothing he can do about fighting the contract, and there was nothing that he could see that was going against the Fair Debt/Fair Credit reporting act. So basically talking to him was useless.
I did however file complaints with the AG in South Dakota, and the AG in California on Both Western Sky and Cash Call. I have not paid Cash Call in three months, and its funny, I haven't heard a peep from them unless I conact Elissa Chavez and get her line of BS. Which is weird because I know how much Cash Call likes to harass people when they haven't paid. Anything else that should or could do?

Looks like we are in the same boat with Cash Call/ Western Sky - I haven't heard much of anything from them. I got their general here is a copy of your loan that we are servicing supposedly validating. I got a past due reminder dated 10/19 - I have sent them a weekly email since 10/4 - nothing back via email other than the email from Ms. Chavez asking me where I had gotten her email from. I refuse to contact them via phone, I made sure they didn't have my contact numbers prior to sending them the ACH revoke letter. When did you start your communications with them via email?
I guess we just wait and see what they do.. we have offered to pay principle and no response, so we also have proof of all our communications with them.
