Illegal payday lenders can???t take any legal action against you. You can also file a complaint against them to the State Attorney General or FTC.

Sally...illegal loans sometimes WILL try to take legal action....it is up to the consumer to use the defense that the loan was illegal and that the lender is coming to the court with dirty hands.
Forget the BBB...,they are a waste of time. Stick with your AG office and the FTC
