I live in california and have several loans over $300.00 dolars which I have been told are illegal. Can any tell me if the following companies can do business in california and what I should do.

kally most if not all of us never thought to look into that.we were desperate.now to the OP none of these are legal in CA.so i need the following.

1)amount debited in fees by each prior to default.

you see being as these are not legal in your state you only owe the principle.anything they took in fees goes towards the loan as they can't charge interest so deduct any debits taken from the amount borrowed.next,go to the sticky in this forum titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS.that will give you everything you need to get these places out of your life on your own.
