Received a call from Kelly with William Sokol's office. Informed me that I was turned over to their office by National Credit Adjusters working for SMS. "Attorney wants to get my side of the story, before this goes any further." They would like for me to settle $360 for a $480 debt, this loan has already been overpaid.....
What should I do?

file AG,AND FTC complaints.the loan was illegal, and you overpaid.btw both NCA,and this supposed law office are bottomfeeders that need to rely on illegal tactics as all bottomfeeders do.file the complaints and ignore flchic.btw the loan is non-enforceable and both NCA and sokol know it.best to just ignore.

an FOAD letter.this is an illegal lender you overpaid.include your state laws, and the fact that you overpaid.soklol can do nothing to you.send the letter certified mail return receipt.

it's f##k off and die.they are located in NJ so i know they can't spit about an un-enforcable,and un-collectable loan that was overpaid anyway.you can email the letter as well, but make sure you use the tab that informs you when or if they open it.that way you know they read it.

first file a police report as these idiots are breaking the law hand over fist.then again file AG,AND FTC complaints.also inform the NJ bar association about this.once you do that they should lay off,but in the meantime just hang up on this bottomfeeding slime.you are under no obligation, and neither is anybody else to listen to crap from %%%holes.
