pay day loans at collections won't work with pdl debt consolidation

I had multiple PDL out and went to PDL Debt Consolidation for help. They have now contacted me that I have 3 still out there who have been turned over to collection agencies who are likewise not responding --what do I do legally to get this resolved.

What state do you live in? Are your lenders licensed in your state? If yes, then try to consolidate your debts yourself without hiring a debt relief company. View this page to know the steps of consolidating debts yourself: debtconsolidationcare(dot)com/diy/index(dot)html#debt-consolidation
If they are not licensed, then just pay back them the borrowed amount and get out of this vicious cycle for ever.
