I took a loan out with firesidecash.com in the amount of $500.00. They are taking $150.00 every two weeks from account but nothing is going towards the $500.00. Are they license to do this? I thought they had to put some it towards the balance owed on the account? Please help me. I reside in TX and not sure of TX Laws when it comes to online payday loans.

Fireside is not a licensed lender in Texas. You need to send out ACH revocation letters to your bank and the lender. Other than that, you only need to repay the principal amount as this is an illegal lender that you are dealing with. You pay nothing more than $500, no interest, no late fees, no finance charges.
