Payday loan help - desperate

I am completely over my head with installment and payday loans from the internet, mostly.
I live in Texas.
Here's what I borrowed and what I've paid (approximately)

the only in-store is The Cash Store. Borrowed $1275, pd back 1078 ( I think); I have refinanced this one twice.

At this point I have nothing left over for my regular bills. I've been doing a little reading on your website.
* Can I close my Current account at my bank and open a new one at the same bank or does it HAVE to be a different bank?
*how quickly does the ACH revocation work? I have a lot of these coming out Friday that I can't afford.
*Where are the templates for sending to the companies?
