first off united cash has supposed"tribal immunity"so they won't be able to take anything to court.so the idiot broke the law in stating the file was at the courthouse.so file a police report for the call,and if you haven't filed AG complaints againts united cash do so.you did the right thing in questioning and not paying this idiot.btw there are too many d/b/a's here are some.

You can also file a complaint against them to the State Attorney General or FTC because of FDCPA laws violation. Under FDCPA laws, no CA is allowed to give a threat of being arrested because of non-payment of debt. Don???t share any personal information with them. There are many such companies under this umbrella. You can find out such companies through internet.
