As far as I know, United Cash Loans may not be licensed to operate in your state. You can contact the Oregon Department of Consumer & Business Services in order to know more about them. It will be a good option to close down the bank account so that they cannot debit any further amount from your account.

I might be wrong, but I don't think United Cash Loans is licensed anywhere. They're one of those companies operating out of an address on Indian tribal lands so they can't be prosecuted. I agree with Anna Sweeting, you'll probably need to get that bank account closed; how much did you borrow and how much have you paid back on the loan thru their withdrawals?
