Tennessee Loan

From what I have read in your forum, internet based PDLs are legal in Tennessee if they are licensed in another state. I have the following:
PDL Now.com - $200 principal - $55 fee weekly - total paid so far $165
Instant Cash $400 principal - $120 fee weekly - total paid so far $360
United Cash Loans - $300 principal - $90 fee weekly
- total paid so far $270
Titans Group, LLC - $300 principal - $90 fee weekly - total paid so far $270
Additionally there is not another company Pay Day Loan Yes that I never applied for a loan through that is trying to debit my account. I have contacted by bank and placed stop payments on these and will be closing my account later today and opening a new one. I don't mind at all repaying the principal I borrowed. Problem is I did not realize they were going to charge me these horendous fees WEEKLY! It is absolutely killing me financially so the only thing I could think of was to close my account so they can't access my money. How do I go about finding out if these companies are legal or illegal and any suggestions on dealing with them to get the principal repaid or making them go away would be greatly appreciated!

I can't tell you whether these payday loan companies are legal in your state. However, if these companies are legal, then you can go for payday loan consolidation and get rid of the debts. You can check out the following page for reference:
