Today a message was left on my sisters phone from a person saying he was at my house for a summons on a payday loan. I called the number but got a recording company called UCR. The number is 1-877-799-9230. He said he would be at my job with the summons if I did not call back immedialetely.

Received a call from my mother, they're calling her in Las Vegas. It's about a defaulted Bank of America account claiming I wrote bad checks and they are suing for defrauding a bank or something like that. I told them I needed 30 days they wouldn't work with me so I told them to send the summons
