unable to locate company

A deduction from loanshop/kemper is being taken out of our account every payday and I can't find a website to view accounts or contact them to do a cease and desist. Anybody know this company. I logged on once and it said we had no loan when I asked them to show proof o believe another company named Trenton was provided. I am confused and want them gone.

On your bank statement is a bunch of numbers.....that should be a phone number. Try calling it to get a proper name or full name and then google that.
Who did you borrow from originally? You could give an ACH revocation to your bank and then close the account down.
