I have several registratin loans in AZ and have been unable to pay them for the last few months. My bank is the lein holder on the car. I have registration loans, where they asked for the registration and did loans on it. Can they take my car if the bank holds the lein?

So you are still making car payments and have a lien holder? And you used the car as collateral on a loan? If that's the case, the bank owns the car and no they can't repo it, only the bank can. In fact, you shouldn't have been able to do that without the clean title. If that's not what you're saying, then I apologize!

In AZ you can do registration loans, without having a clear title.

Who are your loans with - I may have some suggestions on how to deal with, some are easier than others if you have a plan, you can ask for a EPP - Extended Payment Plan to pay off quicker. You can check the DFI of Arizona website to make sure they are legal, if you list I can help I have already researched this quite a bit.
