Is uncle war bucks legal in texas? I also have three other installments loans and I can’t pay the amount they want and they won’t work with me. What do I do?

Uncle war bucks is an illegal lender. Did you pay the principal amount of the loans you took out from them? If no, then you are liable to pay the principal amount only. Since they are not legal, no need to pay the interest.
If they force you to pay the interest, then make a complaint against them to your State's Attorney General.

Who are they? Do you know if they are legal in your state? Listen if they are illegal, you shouldn't be worried if the lenders are not willing to work with you. It's their headache. Your job is to stop making payments to them.
If they are legal, then you're in a big problem. You have 2 options. The first option is to settle your debts. If lenders are not willing to work with you, then consider hiring a settlement firm. The second option is to opt for Extended Payment Plan where the interest is frozen and you can pay off the balance in a few equal installments.
