"undeliverable" revoke ach letters
Date: Wed, 07/01/2009 - 14:44
whats with the emails being returned to me from "illegal" pdl sites as undeliverable. this has happened with usfastcash and a couple of other ones. happens when i hit reply on emails from them and when i type in the address.
I have closed bank account first and foremost, but i still need to send the revoke ach letters, and include the revoke voluntary wage assignment letters and do not call letters.
i also have had a couple of companies contact me with very reasonable settlement offers, but since my husband has lost his job, we cannot even afford that. I told the last one that i would buy a prepaid visa card to make these payments on July 10 and 24, but really dont think i will be able to. I bet if i dont do this, the settlement offer wont be as good huh? BTW these are companies that are NOT liscensed in Mississippi but that i do owe money to EXCEPT for discountadvances who i have paid way more than principle on. These are companies that have called me at work even after I sent the "dont call me at work" letter. I realize being the original creditor that they have that right, but i thought they could not call at work if i asked in writing. Got a feeling it has not gotten nearly as ugly as its going to get.

Well, in actuality, if you tell a creditor you are not allowed to receive phone calls at work they are suppose to abide by that, however, these are illegal companies to begin with so I doubt they would follow any request made anyway. Have you tried logging into any of these lenders sites? The reason I ask is because usually there is a way to contact them on their sites, then you could copy & paste the letter at the site. Other wise, there may be other people with additional information or email addresses so keep checking back for responses.
