I need advice. I lost my job because the company I worked for had to downsize. That was 5 months ago. I have been looking and looking for a new job, but had to fall back on unemployment. My unemployment income does not meet the amount of my bills, so I took out a payday loan with the idea that I could break it up into payments. Once again falling short the next month I took out another one. Well the cycle did not end, so now I have 5 payday loans.

I did not realize what mess I was getting into, and now I have no idea how to get myself out. I have always worked and paid my bills, so this is so embarrassing!

3 of my loans are for 200, (I have paid 180 on each) and the last 2 are for 300 (I have paid 138 on one and nothing on the last one).

this month I have car insurance due and no way of paying anything on the payday loans. The interest fees are eating me alive!

Do I default on the loans? I dont know what the heck to do! My next payment is due on the 15th.

As resqume1 requested, we need more information about your situation before we can advise you, your state, names of pdl's, whether they are Internet or store front, how much you borrowed, and how much you have paid back so far. After we receive this information we will be able to advise you more accurately on your situation and what to do to rectify it. Thanks. :)

well three are MTE and totally illegal. here is what you owe them.

500fastcash 20.00
ameriloan 20.00
united cash 52.00

the other two cashnetusa and was that payday 1 or payday one?if the second then them and cashnet are legal.if it is payday 1 then they are not.got to the second sticky at the top of this forum.it shows you how to deal with illegal lenders.you will have to work out a payment plan with the legal ones.

I read the sticky for dealing with illegal lenders and know what I am going to do with them.

I had already revoked ach agreement. I called the remaining legal lenders. They demand payment in full. If I cant pay a partial payment where do they think I can get a full payment???

Kansas City, huh? Why not drive right across the state line to Overland Park, KS and pay a little visit to 500 Fast Cash, United Cash and Ameriloan. The sign on the door probably says AMG Services (their latest incarnation, it used to say CLK Management) and they can be found at 10895 Lowell Avenue. (Got the address from the lawsuit three of their collects filed earlier this year for unpaid overtime.)

Say hello to the real owner, Scott Tucker, while your there unless he's out playing race car driver again this week. The Indian tribes just get a cut of the fees and let the money flow through their bank accounts, but the entire operation is right there a few miles from your house. Good luck.

I just contacted the Missouri BBB by phone about 500 Fast Cash, United Cash and Ameriloan. I ask them the above information about scott tucker, and the overland park address. They said and I quote "no, scott tucker is not the owner of these companies, and that is not a correct address!"
