Vip loan shop

I unfortunately had dealings with VIP. I attempted to end my relationship with this company and it is almost impossible. I called and asked how to payoff my loan in full and was told by using a debit/credit/prepaid credit card. I purchased a prepaid credit card for the payoff amount and called that number into PDL support where I was told the transaction would not go through. After talking with Visa and Hunter at PDL they can not use credit cards as they are blocked do to the fact VIP is a foreign bank(ie:West Indies). I was told by Hunter they would continue to draw out of my account....I then closed my accounts to stop this as they had agreed to a prepaid Visa card which now they will not accept. At this point after repeated conversations with Hunter at PDL and their now refusal to accept my payoff I filed a complaint with Ohio Attorney General. Theyhave instructed me to not do anything at this point and allow their investigators to work on this. I have also forwarded a copy of the initial loan agreement with VIP to the Attorney General. Beware as VIP nor PDL are licensed to be a lender in the State of Ohio.
