I have keeping getting calls from a Mr. Greg Rider a paralegal with Unified PS group about taking me to court for a loan from mypaydayloan.com. I live in the state of Texas. I had been emailing with them to set up payment plan but now it is with this company. I can't tell if it is a scam or legit. Will they really take me to court? I agree to set up a payment plan but the more I think I about it I feel really unsettled and I don't know if it is a scam. How do I find out if it is a scam? Has anyone else had any contact with them?
