Hello,
Unfortunately, I have filled an application with these people and now I am regretting it. They have not sent any money yet. They sent an email stating that the money will be transferred(anticipated) by 12:01AM, then at the same time an email asking me to call because they have a few questions about my application. Now, I do not want these folks to make a deposit, but I am hesitant to call them and tell them so. I also have the feeling that they will not make a deposit if I do not call. Any advise would be appreciated.

They will usually give you 3 days to send the money back and can
They will usually give you 3 days to send the money back and cancel the agrement. So if you call them, let them know that you have changed your mind and do not want this loan. Then they will take their money back WITHOUT any extra fees involved.
