I just received a call from them asking that I or my legal rep call them. I have had 4 payday loans out.
Paycheck today I have paid 625 on 300
Astro Loans I have paid 270 on 300
United Check I have paid 270 on 300
Little Loan shoppe I have paid 460 on 300

I have sent all of them C and D letters. The two that I still owe $30 I have acknowledged that. I have canceled that checking account and I no longer work for the company I had when the loans were taken out.

What do I do with these people. I have not talked to them yet. I tried to call but noone answered.


i can tell you that being from IL myself all of your loans are illegal.therefore i can guess this is a bottomfeeder CA.what ph# shows on your caller id?that would help maybe get an address.

Is this a CA collecting for PDL's? I din't think NO CA's can legally collect for illegal PDL's.

You're right, ABC.. If it was a legit cplace, they would leave some kind of way to get in touch with them. And even that, it may be a fake number/Point of Contract.

I got a call from them a few weeks ago. I did some research and they are actually now going under the name of Account Receivable Management of Florida. I contacted them telling them that they are trying to collect on a payday loan that is illegal in the state of KY and that actually I owe nothing since I have paid $500 on a $300 loan. I got a response back that day saying my account was closed. I did everything via email.

Good.........glad to hear you're taking care of things. You paid $500.00 on a $200.00loan?? Gosh...that's really a ripoff!! What can I do if I have debts, from CA's, on my CR...these debts are from PDL's.

Oh...great advice. What kind of letters did you send to the CB's? Did you send copies to the CA's trying to collect on them?
