United Cash, 500 Fast Cash, & Ameriloan

These bottom feeding scum suckers are calling 5 to 15 times per pay. They call my house, my cell, my work, and even my references.

They have said I am going to be arrested. They told my Mom that she would have to post a bond to get me out of jail if my account was not settled by Monday. They called my sister and told her that I had been irresponsible with the wrong people.

I have worked out EPPs with 2 of my pdls - Payday 1, and cashnetusa. I have tried in every way to work with united cash loans, 500 fast cash, and ameriloan. All 3 say that since I defaulted on my loan the only payment they will accept is payment in full. I cant do that. The only way I can pay them is on EPP.

If they are not willing to work with me and I cant afford to pay them in full what do I do????

All 3 are illegal. Look under the sticky "how to deal with illegal lenders."

They cant have you arrested, a debt is a civil matter not criminal. They will make threats and call you numberous times.
If you decide to answer your phone, just keep telling them you are willing to work out an EPP with them.

I hope you have secured your bank account!

19 phone calls today. Threats, saying I will be arrested on Monday if they do not get payment in full. My daughter answered the phone today and the guy said to her "is your mom jessie? She said yes. He said I just wanted to let you know she is going to be arrested and taken to jail tomorrow.
She came running to me holding the phone and crying!!!!
She is only 6 years old, and they have no right to tell her this crap!!

Telling a little girl that they're going to put Mommy in jail? That is about as low as anyone can go, isn't it? I don't know what good it will do, esp. as UCL is supposedly located on Indian land, but I think when they start THAT sort of tactics, I'd not only get in touch w/ my State financial regulatory agency and Attorney General, I'd go higher up the political chain and file complaints (Senators, etc?) HAS anyone ever done that regarding particular PDL's, and if so, what happened?

my husband came home last night and I told him what had happened all day, and he was MAD. He had me to look on here and find all their phone numbers. He called all three and told them he can threaten just like they can. He told them if one more call comes in to our house he would drive to Miami, Oklahoma and personally whip their a*s*e*s! We only live 60 miles from Miami. And then they could call the cops and have someone arrested. lol not one call has came in so far today. But it is still early.

I am going to do some homework and find out everything I can about these 3 and file complaints from here to the moon!

So if anyone knows anything about these lenders plz share!

tell them you talked to the police and sheriff in there area and they laughed and can't be bothered with arresting people for their debts or tell them to hang on while you put the police on three way phone conversation. the more they called me the more i emailed saying that i only accept emails and payment plans. they got the same amount of emails as they called me.

All violations of the FDCPA. No debt collector whether OC or CA can threaten a consumer with the intent to arrest unless there is an actual warrent for consumer's arrest. And we all know there is no debtor's prison. Please file complaints with your states AG, FTC, and police office immediately! Also keep rack of your calls and hire you an attorney. This may be worth your while financially

Guest, I don't know about the other 2, but it's guaranteed the United Cash Loans will tell you they don't CARE what your police department, attorney generals' office, state financial regulatory agency, or whoever says, that they and only they - UCL- know the truth, and they will keep pestering you. Pathetic, isn't it?
