United Cash Loans are the worse! It has been well over two years since I dealt with them and they are still calling me wanting me to pay what they claim is my outstanding balance of $65. What a joke! I have overpaid them by $520. They will never get another red cent from me. Pay them only what you legally owe and NOTHING more. They've received plenty of money from those of us that continually did rollovers, etc. With my account alone, they made a surplus of $520.

I have filed reports with the BBB and the FTC against UCL. They use a standard answer all the time "the accusations are based on false information on the internet". They will use this even if you clearly show them copies of the laws in your State. However they have made no attempt to collect or pull further payments after they received their notices. The BBB claimed they are tribal and that is why they can not push the matter. I am waiting to hear what the FTC states. Anyway if you paid these fools their principal tell them to pump sand.

UCL is not legal anywhere and they will use the tribal lands location to say they are exempt from following your state laws keep filing complaints with the FTC. The BBB will really be of no help it is a federal issue!

I agree, this company is the absolute worst. They've been calling me for ages; I think they're gone and then like those people in the horror movies that you think are dead, they spring back to life. Oh well, if they can keep calling, I can keep hanging up.
