Ok, so I'm new here but have been reading up on united cash loans. are they not legal anywhere?? I'm in PA

I have a loan with them and they are willing to do a payment plan.

good point guest but UNITED CASH LOANS will not be licensed anywhere.so this is an illegal pdl no matter what state you are in.that was good to point that out because it is true.

that depends,how much was borrowed,and how much including fees paid back.chances are if you paid back the principal in fees you may not owe any more.

They have no licenses anywhere.

UCL claims that the "lender" is the Miami Tribe of Eastern Oklahoma and that Indian nations are allowed to do anything, anywhere . . . But they're really just a call center in Overland Park, Kansas that gives the tribe a piece of its profits in exchange for the use of its name.
