I have received a response from UnitedCashLoans via the BBB and needless to say they are not happy campers with closing that loan account. here is there response:

"At the time of the application the terms and conditions were presented and he had the opportunity to print them at that time. He had to answer a question whether he understood the terms before we could even receive the application to process. In addition, there was a 48-hour time frame the customer could cancel the agreement without incurring a fee. Before each debit we sent an account summary, which explained the terms once more, and all of the options for repayment. This form was emailed at least 10 days before each debit; it also included our customer service number to ask any additional questions. We also have a direct email link on our website to answer any inquiries. If the customer had wanted to avoid additional fees, they needed to pay the full amount due on the first debit due date, which was in the original contract, as well as the account summary emailed to the customer very shortly after the funds were placed in their own account, for their own use, at their request. The original loan documents can be faxed directly to the customer once we are given a fax number to send them to.
We believe all terms and conditions were met, and there was no mis-handling on our part. As a courtesy we will write off remaining balance, no refund will be given on this account. He will not be eligible to do business with us again."
Respectfully, Compliance Department

wow they really hurt my feelings on not being eligible to get ripped off ever again. Now should i be a real bulldog and go after my $380 refund or leave it be?

that is your call.380.00 isn't anything to sneeze at,but that is there game.wait long enough until you are happy with a PIF.

that's exactly what i was thinking but i did ultimately get what i wanted which is a closed account. so i'm very happy about that. Is there someone that maybe can help me get my money back? And Fastmoney911 had the nerve to call and ask me what makes me think that my loan is paid in full? I said well first of all thank you Chris for calling me against my request to cease and desist all telephone communication and that as soon as this phone call ends, i will be informing the FTC of this violation. Then I told them secondly, you should check your notes or check with Sara Mayrav who sent me and the BBB a PIF notice a refund. He got off my phone so quickly, it was truely laughable.
