My question is: Is unitedcashloans.com an illegal pdl? I have already discovered that one I used is illegal "usfastcash.com Does anyone know about the legality of united?

I contacted them after reading these posts and after my references being threatened! they even went as far as to adk my receptionist for her home phone number because she "had a pretty voice and wanted to go out with her"! (WOW) I live in utah
