I need some assistance in responding to United Cash Loans. I sent them an email stating that their loans are illegal in the State of Michigan and I demanded a PIF and a refund of $350. for my overpayment of $350 on a $400 loan. They want to settle with me for $105. - How should I respond back to them?
Per the fact that we are tribally owned, we are not required to have a license.
As stated below we may settle this account for $105.00, on Friday, March 15th, 2013 as a courtesy.
