Unlicenced PDL's

Does anyone have a url were you look up and determine if a pdl lender is licenced in your state? Also, can you substitute emails for letters in regards to stop contact notices/cease and desist notices?

well you can look up on your AG'S,or DFI websites to see if they are licensed or registered.also you can send emails no problem just attach a receipt to it.btw what state are you in?
