Have you filed complaints yet with your Attorney General's Office? And what state are you in? Get those complaints in ASAP. And please, do not let this company cause you anymore stress, they go by many names. I filed a complaint with my AG's office and the idiots went away. They are ran by Native Americans and they think they are above Federal Law, in the case of operating unlicensed internet payday loan companies, they are seriously wrong. :twisted: Oklahoma, (where they are located), has ordered them to cease and desist loaning to OK consumers, they are not even licensed to be in Oklahoma. :twisted:

Steelers1 is entirely correct. You have to get tough with this group. Just remember that a company that is operating illegally can not make you do anything that you don't agree to so aggree to nothing. Just say no. Get those complaints in.
