what happens after you have told unlicensed pdl that they are illegal. they then turn around and sell loan to collection agency or someone else?
well then when they call demand something in writing.if they ref
well then when they call demand something in writing.if they refuse,or choose to threaten,then you file police reports for the call.then you file AG,and FTC complaints.then you ignore whoever is calling.

when you ask for it in writing..does it matter legally if it goes thru the us post office
or can they fax or email?
