I recieved a phone call today from a company named Monju capital management LLC from Atlanta GA. saying they have a case pending against me over a unpaid pay day loan from the Cash store. They said that they are getting me on committing fraud and a HOT check charge and I will lose my job and home...I live in Texas......What are my rights? Can they do this?

Ask the payday loan company to validate the debt. If they can't validate the debt, then send a cease and desist letter to them. Some times, the companies give false threats to the consumers to earn money. So, don't get scared. If they are able to validate the debt, then check whether or not, the company is legal. If the company is legal, then you can work out an alternative repayment plan with them. You can also contact a lawyer if you want to. He can help you deal the case.
