Who collects for United Cash loans?

Can anyone tell me who the primary collection agency is for United Cash Loans? I received my "daily" call from them and it sounds like that's where they're going next.
These PDL's are unreal, aren't they? They use so many weasle words and fishy phrases when they call. I told them that PDL's aren't legal in Maryland, they had the nerve to tell me they aren't a PDL, but a loan company! Then I asked if I could have a valid address for their company and the name of their president/CEO. No deal. I asked how come I could go online and find this information for every major corporation in the US, but not for them? They said all contact information was available at their website. Well, we all know what that usually is, an 800 telephone number.... Knock wood, but I haven't heard much from the other PDLs, don't know if they've crawled back under their rocks or what. Now if I could only get rid of United Cash Loans!

United Cash is also Rio Resources. They have used Accounts Reciv
United Cash is also Rio Resources. They have used Accounts Recivable Management in the past. If you do a search above you will find contact info. ARM is not very good when it comes to validating debts.
