I actually got an unsolicited phone call from them yesterday about GETTING a loan. I would imagine that they are a small part of a larger mess. I will do some checking to see if I can find you any info. If I can't, I'm sure that someone else will. What do you need? Phone/address?

Wow, they must be new I got nothing in the search either.

But remember they could be a new name for the same old game, they like to change their names around once their old one has too much bad press behind it. Or it is a new guy in the game that just bought that book that Goudah mentioned on how to start a PDL.

How much did you borrow and how much have you paid back. Are they automatically withdrawing the money from your account?

Luckily (?) I have the phone number 800-549-6346. At least that is what was left on my voice mail. I will keep trying as far as an address.

So you can do a BBB search for FFD Resources IV, LLC and also search if they are licensed in your state. I don't know what states that you (terminalwhirl) and cdlove are representing. But definitely search....

Actually I find it amazing that their website, (see email and add www(dot) instead of info(at)) does not come up when I search all of those exact words, separated with spaces. It does when you ignore the spaces but most people I think would search with spaces. That is what I did originally....

And suprising how much contact info that they give, usually I have to search and dig much deeper to find the info. That might mean that they are licensed, but we can't be sure until we know which States....

This is a legitimate company. You have to go to google.com and it comes right up. They are also a secured site, but their fees are out of control and they only offer a very small loan. Watch out!

yes I have them to. I still owe them and been paying for months. Don't go there. Its not worth it. I stopped payment on this last check. Will see want happens>dont plan to pay them anymore money. IL Ms Tina

There's not a PDL in this world that is worth it! This is one that I've never even heard of. Seems like there are new ones every day.

Did anyone else find them listed as licensed in Washington State? I couldn't but thought maybe I missed it!

Papercheck Pay Day Loans sucks. There fees are high and if you ask to pay it off they stick you with another finance charge and try to refinance it. There is never a supervisor there for you to talk to. They are not a good company to get a loan through. They are a rip off.

They are all bad news. Stay as far away as you can from these predators.

THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY CRAZY! I HAD 2 GET 2 PAYDAY LOANS AND THE OTHER COMPANY WAS NO DIFFERENT! THEY HAVE BOTH GONE INTO MY ACCOUNT ILLEGALLY(EVEN AFTER PAYING THEM OFF!) AND CAUSED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS OF NSF FEE'S. I EVEN PUT A STOP PAYMENT VIA MY CREDIT UNION AND THEY ENDED UP USING ANOTHER COMPANY NAME WHEN DOING THE ACH! THESE COMPANIES ARE FULL OF SH!T! IF YOU ARE EVER IN A BAD CIRCUMSTANCE IN LIFE MY SUGGESTION; DEAL WITH IT IN ANOTHER WAY IF POSSIBLE!
THE OTHER COMPANY I DAELT WITH WAS PAYDAY MAX AND THEY ARE SOOOO INSANE IT ISN'T REAL. THEY HAVE 5 PENDING LAWSUITS FOR GOING INTO PEOPLES ACCOUNTS ILLEGALLY AND AFTER THE LOANS ARE PAID IN FULL! THIS COMPANY IS OUT OF B.C., CANADA AND OH MY THEY AMDE MY LIFE HELL. ONLY AFTER I ADVISED THEM I CONTACTED AN ATTORNEY DID THEY CALL ME AND SAY THE ACCOUNT WAS SETTLED! LMAO! THE ACCOUNT HAD BEEN PAID IN FULL FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND THEY HAD EVEN GIVEN ME CREDIT FOR NSF FEES @ MY BANK! THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD! THEY REFUSE TO GIVE LASTNAMES AND ONCE YOU IRRITTATE THEM ENOUGH THEY WON'T TAKE YOUR CALLS THEY SIMPLY TRANSFER YOU TO AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE WITH CORPORATE INFO!
