Update on Ameriloan and United Cash Loans

So its been a few days since I have been harrassed and I need to tell everyone file those complaints I just got a call from the FTC regarding both entities and I need people to keep filing they are not legal and they way they harrass people is crazy. I know the FTC investigates class action things lets' see if we can ge the illegal payday lenders off the circuit. I knwo there will always be someone to take their place but lets give them a run for it.
I also filed a complaint against Total Recovery Solutions regarding Everest Cash Advance and quoted the rep that calle dme along with all the debt collection laws she broke and I received a repsonse they are marking the account PIF. I told them I wanted proof of that in writing because I don't want people trying to come back later.

I feel so empowered after joining this group and I want to thank all the members that told me hold on there is light at the end of the tunnel. I hope i can inspire someone else because before I found this site in Feb. March I was under in 12 payday loans I now have none. I have 2 PIF, 1 that just left it alone, Mycashnow never even called me about anything. Nationwide, and Integrity Advance have left me alone. It was only Ameriloan and United Cash Loans being a pain and now the FTC hopefully will do something.
