Payday loan help

I have 5 payday loans. They are all from the internet. The companies are:
Up Front Cash$500 Check City $325 PayDay One $500 Cash Transfers Center $280 Cash Net USA $500. I read from another post that you could do a settlement yourself by going through your state corporate commission office, but I have been unable to find that information. Does anyone know who to contact for the state of Missouri?

Internet payday lenders are required to be licensed by your state, click the link below for the payday loan licensee data base, keep in mind that most likely CashNetUSA is NOT a payday lender, they are most likely a small loan or installment lender, therefore they wouldn't follow the payday loan laws and won't be listed in the payday loan licensee data base. Your best bet is to try and work out payment arrangements with CashNetUSA.
