I have 2 payday loans out there one with upfrontmoney.com for 300.00 and arrowhead investments for 300.00. I have paid 404.55 to upfrontmoney.com and I don't want them to keep taking my money. I have also paid 270.00 so far to arrowhead. Next payperiod I will pay 60.00 over my loan amount. I live in Florida and I don't know the laws here can someone help me out? I really can't close my bank account what else can I do?

These loans have such a high rate of interest, that whenever you make a payment it does not stop the balance since it accrues interest on a daily basis. The quickest way...call them, ask what exact amount needs to be paid to pay it ALL off. After that get a conformation that its taken care of in case they try to say its not paid in full.

Please make sure you read the sticky in regards to closing your account. The general thing to do is to close your account in order to stop them from withdrawing anymore funds from the account. The key is to make sure that the account is close before you send any letter to the payday lender. You might want to look at your bank statements to see if you have paid what is required under FL law. If you have then, ask for a refund of the overage. There should be some one that have a little more knowledge than myself to help you shortly.
