I have a loan with with but 215.00 of it is in collections. I'm just wondering if they are even licensed. they keep telling me that my loan is past due and if i don't call back in 48hrs it will go to collections dept. It's already in the collections dept.

I'm in PA...which PDL are legal in but if the PDL company is NOT
I'm in PA...which PDL are legal in but if the PDL company is NOT licensed in their home state then they are illegal in PA.
