Have anyone heard of Upstsate Management Service

Can anybody tell me if this is a Spam

Someone call and said that they serve me with some papers and I will be going to Civil Court for Ace Cash and I owe 743.00 Which I don't. I only owe Ace 337.22... Then she left this number to 877-201-0964 to call back. When I call back the agent advise that they are a filing company and proccess paperwork.

Then he look at my records and stated that I don't have an court date setup and I can take care of this matter today.

I just need to know is this a spam


a google search comfirms this.here is what you do.first use the name they gave and number to file a police report as the idiot broke the law with that call.next use the same info to file AG complaints.then check your state laws in regards to recording calls.if you are a one party state record away.if you are not then just hang up on them once you file the report and complaints.they are a scamming bunch of humanoids that can't/won't do a thing they threaten.just know that.
