I received a call yesterday and today from a Frank Johnson, stating that I am being sue over a payday loan that was not paid back, when I asked which one yesterday he stated US Fast Cash, I stated that that was funny because I have the letter stating it was paid in full. He hung up on me, today I got a call from Frank Johnson stating that I had to call back and ask for a Michael Davis, when I did this, mind you these guys are all outside the USA because you can't understand a word that is being said, he told me I have to go to court on Friday because I am being sue by a payday loan company that was not paid back, again I asked which one and he informed me that he could not give me that information, I told him that I hired an attorney and that they would be contacting him for harrassment, he said okay and hung up. After I got off of the phone yesterday I email US Fast Cash and explained what happened they emailed me back this morning told me again that I have a $0.00 balance and that they are not sueing me that this was a scam and not give them any information. The number that I had to call back was 661-210-4680.

Has anybody had any of these calls?


I had a call and the person was Steve. First call he would not tell me who he was calling for. The second call he told me Fast Cash, who I do have a balance with. He said that I would have to go to court and I would have to pay $5000 in fines. That was on 7/30/09 and I have not had another call yet. I did google the number and there were several complaints from other call receivers about this number. The number I have is different from your number
