After deducting the fees I paid, I only owe them $30.00. Like I'm going to give them my debit card # or checking account #. Yeah, right!

If anyone is negotiating with their PDLs, do NOT give them credit card number, debit card number or checking account number. You'll be right back where you started.

that is there in house collector.i got that when i defaulted as well.did you send them any letters?wait for other e-mails as you can't reply to that unless you accept that idiotic offer.when they do e-mail just reply with your state laws and what you really owe.you only owe 30.00 nothing more.

I had sent all my letters on July 27th and a week later received a phone call from US Cash at work. I re-sent the original letter. I need a physical address where I can send the $30 because I am NEVER giving anyone my bank, credit card info again.....so I will wait and see what kind of response I get. $510 for a $300 loan indeed.....
