Does anyone know if this company is legal in California, and if not is there anywhere on the web I can find which companies are illegal.

usfastcash is not legal anywhere.you can look up your DFI(dept of financial institutions)website,or your AG'S website.they should have licensing info.if they aren't in those sysyems.then they are illegal.
