So I've been sending usfastcash, and St. Armand's all kind of letters via mail, email, fax and complaints via BBB, AG, FI, and FTC. St, Armands sent me all kinds of bogus emails telling me I owe them $300 no matter what (paid $480) and they will continue to debit my closed account then send me to collections.
Usfastcash stopped calling, and the only email I have recieved is this one 2 weeks later:
"This letter is to confirm that your account with USFastCash has a zero balance as of 11/15/2012.
No further transactions will be debited from your checking account*."

Wonder if they will send me my $1,480.00 refund????????! Doubt it.

Here's their details! I honestly think it was all the complaints I made to various complaint departments. Still holding out hope for a refund.

Great Job by the way!! And you know the only questions that goes unanswered is the one not asked. What can it hurt to continue to ask for a refund, maybe they will cave and send one... remember if they do, not to cash it at your current account bank... You have the PIF - keep in a safe place.... Again great job!!

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Thank you!! I saved, printed and backed up the PiF. I sincerely hope others start to get one too. It's a heavy weight off our backs that's for sure! You are right, in going to draw something up and make another request for my overpayment. Maybe we will get lucky, we could use it!
Thanks again!
Crossing fingers and hoping St Armands follows suit!
