As most on here know I have been doing battle with USFastCash. I filed a complaint with the Tulsa BBB on them and that got me nowhere. They were making a good faith effort, blah, blah, blah. I have told UsFastCash a million times just how illegal they are and I only owe them $30 to settle a $300 loan. ( I have already paid $270.00 on the original amount.) I periodically check the website, and my account, to see if anything has changed. Last night I checked and low and behold, my account is now, or should I say, once again, showing a balance of $390.00 with a $90 payment due on 4/30/08. I immediately filed another complaint with the BBB, this time citing the New York State Laws regarding loans. My question to all is this.....for those of you who have gone before me, what is your experience with this yahoo group? Cannr....I think you have had dealings with them....can you advise? Since I have settled 3 of my other PDLs I now have the time to focus on this one. My plan is to file another complaint with the AG's office and provide them with ALL my payments to UFC and somehow try to show proof of what they are now asking on the same loan. Should I try to email them and get them to put in writing what they feel I owe? I don't think I can get the info off the website as a copy and paste situation. Thanks for all your help.

just keep at them, they know they are illegal,
so they keep up the stupidity hoping you'll
pay.you are doing fine.keep the bbb,and ftc complaints.even your AG.just don't give in.
that is why they hem and haw, stall, and lie
to government agencies.you will win in the
end just like alot of people on this forum.

paul...thanks for the kind words. I guess they must think that I am as dumb as they are if I would fall for a figure back to what it originally was! I guess when I rejected their ridiculous offer through the BBB, they thought I should be punished for rebuking them. Anyway, I am going to email, once again, my original letter which outlined the illegal status of their loans to New Yorkers. I am also in the process of drafting another complaint to the AG's offce and this time I will be attaching the info regarding the particulars of this loan and my bank statements to substantiate what I have already paid. I also think that I have copied and pasted the info from their website which shows that my balance is back to, or still is, $390 on a $300 loan. I am also thinking about sending the last $30 I owe on that loan to an address that is listed on the BBB website. As far as I am concerned, the loan will be done at that point.

paul...thanks again. I just emailed UFC attaching my original letter with a few extra "love" notes indicating that the additional info regarding my loan was "extracted" from their own website and forwarded on to the NYS AG's office, along with copies of my bank statements as substantiation of what I have already paid. I once again asked for a mailing address to pay my last 30 bucks to them. If I can crack this nut, I will be happy.

white....I emailed my C and D letter before I defaulted but after I closed my bank account. They responded to the BBB complaint by asking for $140 over what I had already paid. I said no. The BBB went back and forth and eventually the BBB said that UFC had made a good faith effort and they considered the case closed. Personally I think the BBB just didn't want to deal with me or them any longer. I sent them an email telling them to s**t or get off the pot and that was when my account info changed. (I guess they are mad at me now). The whole thing doesn't scare or frighten me, I'm just getting sick of playing cat and mouse games with them. The AG's office will get my new complaint, with the additional info, and UFC knows it as I just emailed them indicating so. It will be a cold day in hell before the stupid SOB's get anything more than an additional $30.00 on my account. I will get a PIF or die trying! Heads up. . . .life is good!

llw, these guys are going to play head games with you for as long as they possibly can. Take my word for it. They were one of the LAST ones for me to get rid of. Same situation as you, they lied to the BBB, they gave me some stupid a$$ed "settlement" (it was already overpaid), blah, blah. I responded to the BBB with the fact that they are illegal, they are lying, and the loan was overpaid - let alone paid in full. The BBB closed it saying that the company gave me a good faith offer and I rejected it. What the hell ever. So I had already filed with my state AG. I was waiting for them to do something to help. In the meantime, I filed another complaint with the BBB just in regards to these yahoos being completely illegal and harrassing. They never responded to that complaint, so the BBB closed it. Okay.... So then my state AG started sending 1000 letters to them. I was harrassing them via email every single day. Well, until they BLOCKED my email and refused to deal with me any longer! LOL! BLOCKED me emails and told me they wouldn't correspond with me any longer! LOL! They then decided to throw an electronic check at my blocked account for an amount you wouldn't even believe! FINALLY, after MONTHS (I mean MONTHS), of my state AG sending numerous letters, they responded to the state AG saying "fine, we're writing it off". Writing it off???? It was overpaid! They about drove me over the edge! That's my experience anyway!

wow cannr.. i think i may have a real fight on my hands... I guess since i have not paid anything with them (on this loan) I paid mega bucks on the other loans i have had with them. it is odd i haven't received anything from them. When i sent my C&D letter, i really thought i would receive an email of some sort. i did receive an email after the first default stating that they could't get my money...but since then nothing. I am not in the mood to play any games with these people and just want to pay what i know i owe and be done with it. it also sounds that the bbb is not much help in these siutations. it is like they don't want to be bothered with the issue.

cannr....thanks for the heads up. The BBB was pretty quick in responding this time, in that they do not handle this type of complaint. Well, what the hell do they handle then? Anyway, got my letter drafted to the AG's office, copied UFC in and sent a not so nice email to UFC in the meantime outlining how disgusted I am with them, their practices and their existence in general. I hear there is some really bad weather heading towards Oklahoma....maybe the whole damn organization will blow away and solve all of our problems. They will get the $30 I owe them and after that, I am done with them. I really don't care who they call or what they do and I am not going to dignify the illegality of their operation by communicating with them. Hopefully the AG's office will get off their butt and do something for the people of this State who keep their paycheck coming. Other than that, life is good! Have a great day!

I had a loan with USFastcash located in Miami OK. My bank would not put a block on my checking account. I had to pay for a stop payment. USFastcash sent a check for the whole amount. I paid $405. for a $150. loan plus the $35. stop payment fee. I called my bank customer service and they said to go to another branch, which I did and they had no problem helping me. They only did a credit only though. I filed a complaint with Ohio AG in January. I just got an email from AG stating that USFast cash is working with me on this (NOT). USFastcash did state to the AG that I was paid in full. USFastcash did not let me know anything about this. I still want my $225.00 back so I am going to still pursue them and hope that maybe they can be stopped. I had found out that it is located on an Indian Reservation. Back in January I also spoke with Jack Stone, Deputy Administrator of OK Dept of Consumer Credit. He stated that he would meet with lawyers about them. He was aware that they are on the Indian Reservation and as long as they didn't do business outside of the reservation they didn't bother them. I informed Jack Stone that I had read on Ripoffreport.com that people were trying to pay off the loan and could not get in touch with USfastcash to do so got his attention. It's been almost four months now and I don't think Mr. Stone is doing anything. I think I may contact the OK AG office and see what happens there. I now have a paid in full memo that Ohio AG got which is better than nothing. I would like our government to do something about these internet loan companies.

Oh not to worry! I am a Leo by nature and "backing down" is not part of my vocabulary. Yes, they are nasty but I survived a 4 year divorce proceeding so ain't much that I can't handle! My letter to the AG is drafted and will be put in a hard copy form and USFastCash will be copied in on that letter. Keep ya posted. The weather is beautiful here and I am about to embark on a long walk with Abby and Riley so USFastCash is about as far from my mind as they can be. Keep ya posted.
